The Women's Health Through Aging and Menopause course was exactly what I needed to take my learning to the next level. I have done a fair bit of research and podcast listening in the last year on many of these topics. Healthy Habits 1 is a wonderful nutrition course that I highly recommend. There is no false-promises, no cutting out of your favourite food groups, no quick fixes, or diets to fail at. Just the basics which are in digestible weekly goals that will set you up to incorporate small, simple changes that will result in better nutrition outcomes over time. This course will give you the tools and opportunity to set better habits in your everyday life. The weekly open communication makes it easy to ask questions and participate.
